Little Miss Muffet

Little Miss Muffet sat on her tuffet knitting and learning crochet. Yes, dear readers, that is how our little rhyme should go. I have been learning to crochet. Just a little single crochet to start. I saw this cool stripe scarf to crochet in a book. I think the title was Learn to Crochet. And I thought I must make this. So, the rest as they say is history.

I don't pretend that I am any good at it at all, but I was having a bit of fun by the end, so this week I will practice, practice, practice, and soon I will buy some yarn to make a jazzy, snazzy, stripe-y, scarf. Yay. The stripes go the length of the scarf, which in knitting is impossible without a long circular needle, which I am too cheap to buy. LOL. So I am learning crochet instead. I am crazy.

Well, it is good to know a little crochet, so you can finish off the knitting, right? I haven't gone to the dark side, have I?
